Location: The sale will be held on property. Broome is located 20 miles (29kms) north of Jerilderie, 162 Boyd Lane, accessed via the Kidman Way.
Inspection: We encourage prospective buyers to inspect the cattle prior to the sale. Gillian and David are always available to advise or assist in the selection of the most suitable genetics for your herd. Terms and Conditions: Terms of the sale are as per Conditions of Sale NSW Stud Stock. Intending purchasers must register with the duty agent and are required to use a buyer’s number. All purchasers are required to fill out a Buyers Instruction Slip at the completion of the sale. A rebate of 3% is offered to outside Agents introducing buyers and attending sale with notice in writing 24 hours prior to the sale. Accounts must be settled within 7 days of the sale. Any announcement will take precedence over printed material in the sale catalogue and a supplementary sheet will be available from Sunday November 7th or here on the website.
Fertility Guarantee:This is a dispersal sale, we cannot offer a replacement guarantee on these lots. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and every lot for the sale has been rigorously checked. All possible lots will be pregnancy tested and this information will be on the supplementary sheet. Some animals will be marked as not detectably pregnant meaning that they may be in calf to the backup sire and it’s too early to tell. Every care will be taken to ensure all details are accurate and available however, we can accept no liability for any errors. We strongly advise you to insure all your lots from the fall of the hammer and representatives from Elders and Landmark will be available to assist you with your needs.
Delivery and Transport: Dick Smith transport will be available on sale day for you to arrange transport of your lots home at your cost.

Air Services: Air services are available from Sydney to Narrandera (then 1 hour drive to Broome), or Sydney to Griffith (then 1 hour drive to Broome), or Sydney to Wagga Wagga (2 hours drive to Broome) or Sydney to Albury (2 hours drive to Broome). Jerilderie has an airstrip for private planes. For transfers to and from Jerilderie airport please advise Kim Hannaford Elders 0457 794238 or Peter Mills at Landmark 0429 420040.
Absent Bids: The Sale will be interfaced with AuctionsPlus. We encourage those prospective purchasers who are unable to attend the sale to utilise this service or mail, fax, or telephone your bid. All bids will be handled with confidentiality. Contact one of the agents or Gillian or David Leeds.
Health: Broome is herd tested MN2 (Monitored Negative) in the Johnes Market Assurance Program and Pompes free. All animals are free to travel interstate without testing. All animals have been vaccinated with 7 in 1. Broome is an accredited TB Free herd and confirmed Brucellosis free herd. All adult animals have been tested pestivirus free and have been vaccinated with Pestiguard.
Semen: All semen lots are Stored at Livestock Breeding Services at Jerilderie (LBS 0358 861555) All semen lots will be released to the purchaser at their expense and will be delivered on request to their destination of choice. Lots will be offered at a price per straw basis.
Transfer of Ownership:All lots are available for transfer at the buyer’s expense. Anyone wishing to transfer ownership should do so on the agents buyer’s instruction slip. We would appreciate if all purchasers would complete the Buyers Instruction Slip immediately after the sale.
